Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ballycore and its services. By accessing and participating in our detective role-playing gatherings, spy-themed dinner events, team riddle competitions, and clue-solving adventure parties, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you should not use our services. We encourage you to review this document periodically to stay informed of any updates.

User Obligations

As a participant in our mystery events and interactive gatherings, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally entitled to participate in our services. We require all participants to be at least 40 years old and to provide accurate information during registration. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during all events, follow the instructions of our facilitators, and maintain the confidentiality of any surprises or plot elements to ensure future participants enjoy the full experience. You must not engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, or any activity that compromises the enjoyment of other participants.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including game designs, scenarios, storylines, and proprietary methodologies used in our detective nights and mystery events, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any materials from our events without our express written consent. Our game scenarios, clue systems, and riddle competitions represent significant creative and intellectual efforts. You retain the right to personal memories and experiences from attending our events, but may not commercially exploit our proprietary game content. Any photographs or recordings of our events require explicit permission prior to use.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our mystery events and interactive gatherings on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our events, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, physical discomfort, or emotional distress. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our detective nights and spy dinner events, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or experiences. Participants assume all risks associated with attending our events. We are not responsible for third-party conduct, travel arrangements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect your participation.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these terms, disruptive behavior during events, or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, you lose the right to participate in our mystery events and interactive gatherings. Any fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our event-specific policies. We may also terminate our services entirely or modify the nature of our offerings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date. We will provide notice of termination where reasonably practicable.
